Dear friends,
Seckon is having a great time here. He says,
In London, I fell into Henry Moore and felt weak in the presence of his work. England is still the emperor! And I am travelling a few days to see art, and people, and life here, I learn a lot. Especially I really am interested in the artist one, make me uh shocked, (henry moore). I feel he stays in the god village! and make me like drunk in my eyes. I dont know how I am but I remind myself like me in england.
The response has been great to his work. The Private View is Tuesday night, six collages have pre-sold and seven paintings are reserved. BBC radio are interviewing him, and BBC TV are asking for an interview also.. so you might be seeing him on BBC world soon too!
The Private View (opening) is Tuesday night, and then Thursday night is the artist talk, where Seckon will be ‘in conversation with Sara Raza’, from the Tate Modern.
